Application (volunteer or paid positions)
Thank you for your interest in volunteering to serve your community. There is more to being a member of MTVFD than just being a firefighter. You can serve as an EMT/First Responder, Engineer/Driver or Support Services/Auxiliary. We have three stations needing volunteers: Station One (Henryville), Station Two (Underwood), and Station Three (Blue Lick Rd). By submitting an application, the applicant understands that MTVFD will conduct a Criminal History/Background Check. To get started, fill out the form below and click “submit”. Next, visit the “Files” link on the MTVFD.com home page. Download and print the PDF Application. Fill it out completely and return to MTVFD, PO Box 88, Henryville IN 47126. You may also drop-off a completed Application to Monroe Fire Department Station 1 at 315 South Ferguson St, Henryville, IN. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
