Monroe Township Fire Department is a volunteer organization. Our members do not get regular compensation for the hundreds of ours spent at training, emergency calls, meetings, public assistance events, and fundraisers. Your tax dollars support the department and pay for all necessary expenses. However, we are always striving to improve to serve you better. We want to provide the best service possible for our community, while keeping the safety of our Firefighters a top priority. We have been fortunate through state and federal grants, to be able to purchase and maintain quality gear and equipment. We have also been blessed with financial gifts from citizens who want to help the department. Donations are always welcome and you will receive a receipt for your contribution.
